Besides separate parts production, assemblies and sub-assemblies are performed in the company, both for mass production and R&D. The company is experienced and flexible for this kind of work. All assemblies are carried out with high quality, quick and professional feedback for any changes and improvements during assembly process.

For instance, the following assemblies have been performed lately:

• Special Recycle machine adjusted for different types of waist;
• 2 km conveyer line for gas ovens assembly
• Sub-assy for MERCEDES-BENZ automotive conveyer line
• Special vacuum equipment to Semi-Conductor industry
• Radar Stage system

The company has special welding shop in which a raw material is cut, bent, rolled and welded. Different types of Low carbon steel, Alloy steel, Stainless Steel, Aliuminium are used. Welded sheet thickness 1 –50 mm, welded parts overall dimensions are from several mm up to 10-15 m.

Semiautomatic argon-arc welding machines are used mainly for welding process. Now the company is engaged in welding of different types of frames and body parts for automotive assembly lines; different types of stages for antennas and radars for communication equipment. Company is well experienced in special Stainless Steel vacuum equipment welding for semi-conductor industry.

Company machining shop consists of CNC machines such as:

• turning CNC machines with active tools and Y axis, which can machine the parts with max diameter 700 mm, max length 1600 mm and precision +/-0.01 mm;
• CNC centers with vertical spindles which can machine the parts with dimensions up to 1200x2060x600 mm and precision +/- 0.01 mm;
• CNC centers with horizontal spindle, which can machine the parts with dimensions up to 2000x2500x1600 mm per one setting with precision +/- 0.1mm.
• The big frames with length up to 8000- 10000 mm can be machined with resetting’s.
• The Company also has turning, milling, grinding machines with manual operation.

Our technology and capabilities were originally developed since 1950, when our team was designing and producing metal machining equipment.

Since these days we are striving to further develop our technology while still designing and producing our OEM products and providing our customers with high quality solutions.

We are proud with 100% IN HOUSE mechanical modules production while only electronic components are being bought from Germany and Sweden.

Most of produced parts are painted with wet paints in company‘s painting shop. There is spray booth for small parts and painting room for big parts (up to 10 m length) painting. Different kinds of primers and paints are used, such as polyurethane, zinc rich, epoxies, primers with surface conversion, etc.

Different paint suppliers provide us not only with different kinds of paints, but can also mix different colors, which do not exist in RAL standard.
